From the instrumentation of measurement equipment to the evaluation and visualization of stresses, loads and general operating parameters, monalysis offers a comprehensive range of services in the field of vehicle and machine development, both for individual prototypes and for vehicle fleets.
Our core competences here are primarily in the area of measurement data evaluation, algorithm development and the presentation of results.
For example, our Durability Transfer method is a deep learning application that can be used to reliably derive the load and stress behavior of different vehicle areas from easy-to-measure reference variables, such as CAN Bus, in actual customer operation.
To collect such data, monalysis develops software that is installed on autonomously operating on-board units, which transmit the relevant data from the vehicles to servers via existing mobile networks (LTE, 5G,...).
On these servers, monalysis creates customised databases and web portal solutions adapted to the respective requirements as a front end. In these web portals, customers can then carry out the desired analyses independently, error-free and reproducibly and export finished reports.

2016 DEVELOPMENT OF ROAD QUALITY
The Durability Transfer Procedure was further developed with MAN Bus & Truck GmbH, which allows an estimation of the road quality based on the load experiences of the vehicle. As a result, the procedure allows the durability in certain regions to be estimated.
2011 - 2016 STUDIES MOTORSPORT PORSCHE AG
In various studies in the field of motorsport, the Durability Transfer method was used with Porsche AG to derive measured variables in vehicles that cannot be recorded due to existing regulations. The Durability Transfer method was further developed to achieve a simulation of the measured variables with a deviation of less than 10%
2013 TGX MEASUREMENT CAMPAIGN
A major measurement campaign was launched with MAN Bus & Truck GmbH to design the new TGX series for the Eastern European market. The Durability Transfer method was used in this campaign to determine the load on twelve actual TGX articulated lorries and swap bodies in customer use throughout Europe. The measurement technology was self-sufficient and concealed in order to obtain a realistic operational picture.
2012 MEASUREMENT CAMPAIGN PHEVOS BRAZIL
Together with MAN Bus & Truck GmbH, a measurement campaign was carried out to develop the Brazilian market. The Durability Transfer method was used in this project to record a truck instrumented only with reference points in endurance testing in the market environment and to be able to derive further measuring points.

monalysis GmbH was founded as a spin-off of the university of applied sciences Kempten in 2011 to further develop the Durability Transfer method developed in the Monitoring research area. The company name emphasises the holistic nature of the company's focus, both the monitoring and the analysis of measurement data.
